I was also pretty impressed with how tame Cas made this one, Luigi was only mildly rude, and the sucking fish was the main "sus" portion of the video, and probably you could go by that scene without really noticing what happened if you didn't pay attention.

Fun fact: if you tried playing multiplayer DS Mario Kart, and you didn’t have the game yourself, your only option for a character was shy guy. Both host and player had to have the game in order for everyone to choose a different character. Pretty clever how you set this video up
