I maybe overexplaing things but I guess it'd have to depend on laws and technicalities. As technically speaking the old lady could not be considered a legal issue. If she's doing a competitive non-underground fight she'd have to legally pass several health tests and other actions to even make it in the ring. Plus other things such as medics on standby and if both miis were in the same weight group. Probably the only possible concerns I would know of would be the hit to the head and if any wavers were signed saying that there was no liabilities for starting this fight. Heck the bowling issue may just depend on if the mii stayed around to care for the injured one or just ran. Cause you can be charged for assault if you don't try and assist someone you injured. Even if there's little chance of survival trying to at least call a paramedic or any form of help will greatly reduce any chance of being found guilty. But then again this is the Wii world and we don't live it so what do I know?

Same with baseball. Golf sucks because the freaking WiiMote can’t not be sensitive so it acts just like in the video where you hit the flagpole and end up being even further away.

That was just a regular day, after work with tired eyes.(I’m a editor, of course with a pair of over used eyeballs.) When finally stopped rolling. My head was only 1 inch close to another vehicle’s back tier. I thought I was dead, but only worried there’s not enough saving to repay my parents, from just raised a kid by half of their lifetime, ended up with a corpse return by its young age. (similar tragedies happens all around the world my friend, glad to survive btw.)
