I thought that this would be important information to share, given the environmental context of this video. 35% of all ocean microplastics come from clothing/textiles, mostly polyester, but also acrylic and nylon as well. This is largely due to clothes made of these materials being washed, which causes these clothes to quickly erode, with the microplastic fibers entering the water system and eventually the sea. Ocean Hero is a great search engine that we can use to help clean up larger plastics before they disintegrate into microplastics.

It wasn’t so bad for me. I learned the trick of going into the lake and using the water to make a path towards the platform FLUDD is. No, the real headache is the pachinko level and the poison river level along with the requirements for accessing the level.

Yeah, i hated when those animators on youtube who kept treating mario himself like a laughing stock who always portrayed as an arrogant jerk or a bad guy because of matpat's stupid video about mario is a psychopath or some other video game parodies on the internet that kept overusing jokes like, mario is high on shrooms, mario murders innocent goomba families, peach having affair and cheated on mario with either luigi, bowser, or some random character. It's just not fair for mario these days.

Mario actually acting gentlemanly at the beginning was surprisingly refreshing. And he actually cared for Yoshi. This is a GREAT parody just from that alone, there's just a TINY amount of wholesomeness lurking among all the T or M-rated laughs. Funny enough, the only legendarily terrible struggle I had with this game was the hotel mission (and a bit of Corona Mountain). I didn't really struggle at all with the watermelon or I'm a Chuckster. Maybe I'm just lucky.

This whole animation was so colorful and charming! I don't even own the game but as a Mario fan, I'm so delighted to see the toads, the delfinos and so many bits and that felt so true to the universe (like Bowser falling pathetically at the end). You really nailed the silliness and cuteness of the franchise! Luigi had me rolling, the poor guy 😂 Love the Peach and Mario moments too, they were so adorable! Thank you again for another great piece of hard work! Not a Nintendo game but I suggest Cuphead as a next recap if you're interested, I'm sure you would make it even more crazy than it already is

I could feel the frustration of playing the game while watching this. Perfectly captured. Especially the wind - everyone always talks about the Pachinko machine, Sandbird, lava boat and island + poison river. Occasionally the tile puzzle and Water melon. But no one talks about that stupid wind! The tile puzzle and solution were super on point, too!

This perfectly encapsulates the sheer love-hate relationship I've always had with this game. So gloriously creative and weird, but at the same time one of the most frustrating and unfair games I've ever had the misfortune to play. The less said about the Pachinko level or how it doesn't keep track of your Blue Coins you need for the ultimate 100% completionist run reward of--sunglasses...the better.

the only thing missing is the pachinko machine. I suppose you could argue that you don't need to do it, but then, you don't need to do the watermelon festival either.

A good chunk of my childhood was spent on this game. I’m amazed how accurate the frustrating parts are captured, especially that piece of sh!t sand bird level.

This is exactly how I remembered Mario Sunshine, especially Mario getting absolutely shredded in the bar’s juicer. Although, missed opportunity on the Pachinko machine level to show off its bullshittery.
