@@parth1583 Well Mario has more of a casual relationship with Bowser if what Mario 3's set-up is what we're to believe is the scenario for the rest of the franchise is "It's all a stage play". That's why he's allowed to participate in sports and Go-Karting events with everyone else when they're not fighting. No Wario and the IRS are true full blown adversaries.

The best part is that Wario actually did this once. In Wario: Master of Disguise he invented a helmet that would let him invade a TV show and harass the characters for their riches.

Common misconception, it comes from an in character Wario Q&A on the Wario Land 4 website. When asked why he is immortal he responds with "You don't want to die don't you?, Well I don't want to die either". Additionally the site gives instructions on how to pray to Wario, which is to be carried out every time after taking a shit, discusses Wario's favorite foods other then Garlic, and that the Scientist character is into Erotica (given to answer a question a mother asked for their 5 year old boy)
