Fun fact: In the movie, it is said that by losing two stars and becoming an « only » 3 stars restaurant, Gusteau’s lost a lot of prestige. BUT In France the gastronomic notation system IS on 3 stars. So it is the actual maximum of excellence. We don’t do 5 stars.
