Fun Fact: Ryan Reynolds was allowed to keep his Deadpool costume after filming had completed. (Technically he didn't ask to, nor did he give anyone the chance to take it from him.) When 20th Century Fox found out about this, the studio just let him keep it.

after a quick research i found it, that the one from steephorse is technically correct, but it seems more canon, that a couple of people (Reed, Warlock[because of the gauntlet]) and also the astronomic Forces (Loki, Death, Galactus, Uatu, Living tribunal) know that they are fictiv. And Loki told this information Deadpool.

Common studio exec logic L, at the time: "Rated R means no kids. Comic book movies are kid movies. Ergo, this movie makes no sense. Sure, have your little movie, but you ain't getting budget." It... Kinda makes sense, if you live in an echo-chamber like they do. The movie comes out. It gets buzz, it goes nuts. Dollar signs fly. "Sure," they say, "But it's a fluke, it won't happen a second time." Deadpool 2 comes out. Does even better. Studio Execs: "Well, shit." Finally figure out the licensing quagmire they found themselves in between the Fox/Disney/Marvel morass, and oh wow, there's money now? Neat. They're slow to learn but money makes the lessons sink in, eventually. (FWIW this is me agreeing with you, just think it's hilarious how the logic chain works for these people who run studios who market PRODUCTS to CUSTOMERS and know neither their products nor their customers.)

6:23 Deadpool has been in several X-Men adjacent teams, like Weapon X, X-Force, X-Factor Agency X (you're noticing a pattern by now yes? That's actually all the X teams he's been in to my knowledge ) Department K (an attempted revival of Weapon X by the Canadian government), Astonishing Avengers (which was lead by Magneto and the team was formed to fight Red Onslaught which instead of being a psionic entity fused from the consciousnesses of Magneto and Xavier, was just a souped up clone of Red Skull. No clue how that works but the title of Onslaught is relevant to X-Men regardless) and even briefly held probationary status as an X-Man.
