1:17 - 1:20 I just noticed that Gandalf's "staff" is just 2 types of chemical flasks filled with brown liquid, whereas at 1:25 it's a lava lamp. Also, at the Galadriel scene at 1:36, Legolas's quiver is filled with 2 golf clubs.

1:18 I love that Gandalf in this animation is not some noble wizard that helps the party but just a hippie who weilds the power of the drugs present in all the realms. His staff even turns from a crack pipe into a bong midway through the journey through the mountains.

0:15 Fun Fact: This is actually canon. One of the prime cultures of The Hobbits are smoking weed. Gandalf, who was good friends with Bilbo has been known to smoke that good grass with him on multiple occasions. Saruman even calls him out on it, suggesting that smoking that grass has made him lose a bit of his magic.

As much as I would like to agree with you, it's been confirmed at many times by now that the "halfling's leaf" is just tobacco. Tolkien was an avid pipe smoker, and he's confirmed this in one of his letter. "In the prologue to The Lord of the Rings, Tolkien stated specifically that it is "a variety probably of Nicotiana",[1] i.e. tobacco." (Sourced from the Tolkien Gateway)

@@RedHair651 I don't think the ending song is a direct copy of anything but it is very similar to remixes of other LOTR qoutes like "They're taking the hobbits to Isengard" and "Mashed Taters". These were very popular in the early to mid 2000s.
